Swapmeets  are like huge Scalextric fairs, car boot sales or indoor markets but only for slot cars. Retailers and individuals will set out tables in a large hall with a mind-boggling display of Scalextric and other makes of slot cars and accessories to buy, sell, and exchange. If you are looking for a particular type of car for your collection these are definitely worth a visit. You will also be able to pick up spare parts for older cars and reacquaint yourself with cars you may have owned as a child. Most swapmeets charge a small entry fee for non-members.

NSCC Ramsgate Weekend is our annual get together for racing, a trip to Hornby to stock up on that must have car, a Charity Auction and a chance to talk slot cars with other enthusiasts.
